MEET THE COACH

Hey there, my name's Kai, 

​

I started my fitness journey as a very skinny and anxious teenager, chasing the goal of building both a stronger body and a stronger mind. Back then, I was doing push ups and five minute ab workouts after school, thinking that was the key. My heart was in the right place, but I had a lot to learn. Over the years, through plenty of trial and error, I discovered that real, lasting progress comes from consistency, patience, and focusing on building a strong, capable body, not just aesthetics. That’s what inspired me to become a coach: to help others build muscle, strength, and confidence without wasting time on the mistakes I made.

Now, with years of both gym and coaching experience, and a deep passion for strength training, I help people unlock their potential in and out of the gym. My coaching focuses on building a healthy mindset, sustainable habits, and real results, no fads or quick fixes, just a clear plan built around your life. I’m also big on community, which is why I created my PT Kai-munity, a place where clients support, learn, and grow together. Knows his stuff and how to get the best out of you, goes above and beyond to find the right routine for you, adjusts and refreshes the sessions, pushes you but it never feels like a chore or too much. Plus, Kai is just a chill, fun guy to be around, we used to have a great laugh while training and I used to really look forward our sessions. Totally recommend Kai to anyone at any level. 10/10
